During my brief 48-hour visit to Kuching, I unfortunately injured my lower back on the day of arrival, hindering my ability to walk comfortably. John at the reception went above and beyond to schedule a same-day appointment and greeted me warmly.
I must commend DC Briggitta for her exceptional service during the consultation. Not only did she ask all the right questions, but she also employed the correct techniques to accurately diagnose my issue. After an hour of consultation and initial treatment, I experienced a significant reduction in pain and a notable improvement in mobility. To top it off, she took the time during her lunch break to accompany me to the pharmacy and offer advice on suitable heat patches to alleviate any remaining discomfort.
In summary, the overall experience was top-notch, deserving an A1, 5-star rating. I only wish such outstanding professionals were available in my hometown for continued treatment.
