"The Health and Wellness Expo - Move Well, Eat Well, Live Well!" is one of a kind. In conjunction with World Spine Day 2024, experience the collaborative vision of our healthcare and wellness service providers in their efforts to promote healthier lifestyles at home and work. The Health and Wellness Expo is the place to go for the latest information in physical health, workplace wellness, fitness, nutrition and more. The Expo features technologies and practitioners who are leading the health and fitness revolution in Kuching. Activities over the 3-day event involve complimentary spinal and postural screening, blood pressure and glucose checks, dance/yoga workshops, and fun educational activities for kids.
